Celebrating 25 years of impact
Four safety lessons worth carrying into the rest of the year.
June marked the 30th anniversary of National Safety Month, and the National Safety Council's four weekly themes offer a blueprint your organization can apply year-round. We put together a blog that breaks down the initiative, including the top areas to prioritize to ensure everyone stays safe.
Take a few minutes to read the blog to see how a proactive approach can help reduce the broad spectrum of risk.
Our interns give back: Contributing to a summer of purpose.
Through TrueNorth's volunteer time off (VTO) program, this year's class of 26 interns — our largest cohort to date — rolled up their sleeves for causes across the Eastern Iowa Corridor, creating 200 hours of impact through community service.
"One of the most meaningful parts of this internship has been the opportunity to have VTO throughout the summer. Sharing these experiences with other interns has reminded me that some of the greatest lessons happen outside the office and has strengthened our connections. This opportunity has made my summer not only professionally rewarding but personally fulfilling as well."
-Sheyla Madrigal, Community Impact Intern, 2026 Class
A quarter century in the making, TrueNorth's story is shaped by people, guided by values, and built through relationships that have only grown stronger over time.
Last week, colleagues from across the enterprise came together for Town Hall Week 2026. Over five days, the organization reflected on its past, reconnected around a shared purpose, heard from valued clients and aligned on what's ahead.
